A willful commitment ...

From Phandeluys’ social media channels:

After days full of teaching, lecturing, and mentoring, we took hand-in-hand walks on the beach and dove deep into conversation about some outlandish subjects … giving ourselves time and space to dream … I love his activist mind and heart … He wants to build orphanages around the world, having been an orphan himself … If there is one person I’m meant to be with, I’m hoping that person is him. Is there a second chance at true love and happiness after you’re destined to let your first true love go? I would hope so … Then again, I’m happy with an honorable and honest relationship where both parties can get their needs met.

Weather permitting, we’re skydiving over Marina del Rey later this week even though my partner is sky-shy; he’d rather be on land and water … I’m adrenally incensed and looking forward to seeing his force of character.

And yes, we dance every day, too, at nearby studios, and always with that calmness, clarity, and intent as to the why of our focus so that we can better able to give form and structure to our artistic ideas.

Stay tune, and until next post,

About this blog

Excepting this introduction and what are—and will be—posted after March 2015, this blog mirrored a now out-of-commission blog, http://ya-chang-lin.blogspot.com, which was taken down on October 21, 2013 by its author Phandeluys Truong.

The author's original contents and supporting documents were captured by multiple means from the above-mentioned blog while it was alive and active. There may have been a glitch here and there that prevented me from downloading the complete blog as it had existed. Thus, readers familiar with the original blog may find a few missing posts and/or comments. Those postings that I was able to grab and preserve in their entirety are reposted here under my name, however, all rights remain that of the original author.

This series of posts documents the fraudulent, sometimes criminal, and frequent unethical/immoral activities of Ya-Chang Robert Lin, a Taiwanese native of mainland Chinese parentage, who defrauded a naturalized US citizen, Phandeluys Truong, into a marriage that had been his shield against USCIS for his intentional violations of immigration law:

as a nonimmigrant F-1 student, he had willfully operated an international students recruiting business without prior work authorization from the then United States Immigration and Naturalization Service;

as President of said business, he had knowingly helped both mainland Chinese and Taiwanese students to evade military drafts in their countries by facilitating their applications to study in the US and abroad;

as President of said business, he had knowingly helped both mainland Chinese and Taiwanese students looking to enter the United States with the intention of gaining permanent US resident status under the pretense of studying;

as President of said business, he had purposely evaded paying taxes on the commissions received from it and failed to report the earned income to the IRS by having the payments wired back to Taiwan to his mother Chang Hsueh;

he had applied for reinstatement of his F-1 or student status and a change of status, while knowingly withheld the preceding facts on his own applications for permanent resident and citizenship in the United States.

And those are just the tip of the iceberg. Ya-Chang Robert Lin had been employed at AAFES or The Exchange headquarter in Dallas, Texas as an information technology auditor, where he managed to steal—by downloading to CDs that he kept in his personal possession while abiding for time and opportunities to "do business" in Taiwan and/or China—thousands of his colleagues’ Social Security numbers and personnel files while working on one of its HR projects. The HR data on one of these projects became the basis for an academic paper, speaking proposal for ISACA, and a consulting business he was "collaborating with " [more like conning other people into developing and fronting for him].

Ya-Chang Robert Lin is a reprobate with a seared conscience. Lacking normal capacity for empathy, remorse, and reciprocation of good will, he is addicted to lying, cheating, and stealing for the pure pleasures derived from being able to get away with it. Because he is such a good liar—so charming and well versed in manipulation techniques and acting skills—it is hard to distinguish him from reprobates.

Ya-Chang Robert Lin was able to dupe some of the smart people in federal government [, higher education, and information technology auditing and security. Among his legacy: A son who refused any connection with him and wished that he were dead.

Psychopath Ya-Chang Robert Lin's Motion to Seal the Records

Chinese and Taiwanese psychopath and habitual liar Ya-Chang Robert Lin and his attorney are seeking to seal the records of the case. The motion is available at https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B2qBXrITISLkSDJaZ2JKakFEd00/view?usp=sharing and opens in another window. Thank you, S., for the file.

This Chinese and Taiwanese thug’s mouth can and does frequently send out false information, on or off the stand under oath, so this practiced deceiver really cannot afford to have people discovering how dishonest and insincere he is, and his lack of integrity.

The senses

Was just missing my friend earlier tonight when my system pinged, notifying me that new contents were uploaded to Phandeluys’ social media channels …

Posted are several photos of white water of what I assume is Venice Beach and the panoramic views of Marina del Rey where she and her partner are teaching a workshop.

There are some really beautiful photos of Phandeluys in yoga poses on the beach under the silvery light of the moon that her partner took … her caption: … when I feel like I’m living on top of a volcano, I breathe and go back to well-being practice such as yoga, meditation or mindfulness. It’s okay to feel upset but it’s not okay to take it out on other people. Sometimes, you need an armor of optimistic pragmatism with a uniformly calm and rational approach to irritable people and situations that inevitably crop up. Staying centered is the key to maintaining my positive mojo.

In a fleeting moment, I felt tempted to repost those photos on this blog but knowing how my friend’s partner is fairly jealous of her and their time together, I am satisfied with having been able to see his quick capture of the state of her nerves and her heart as shared on their social media channels.

Stay tune, and until next post,

Then there came the scheming

Came by this part of Phandeluys’ journal where she described how Chinese-Taiwanese psychopath and thug Ya-Chang Robert Lin saw the people he was working with in AAFES or The Exchange:

He told me how even though America herself might be rich in resources, her people were mostly poor, barely able to scrape by in providing for themselves and their families. He described how one colleague “hoarded” discounted frozen pizzas by the dozens at a time and fed those to his teenaged daughters day after day in an effort to save money. There are others like him. Thus, people in this country can be easily "bought" if you ply them with food, which does not even have to be fine dining; sometimes a bag of chips or crackers, a banana, a can of Coke or Pepsi or Dr. Pepper, a carton of milk—something he would not think twice about buying but for the people he works with, it would be like a rare treat and they would be "his way in." Personally, I think it is wrong to use people's vulnerability and circumstances against them, but I kept my silence and forced my face into neutrality.

Then there was his direct boss D, a decent man whose integrity is unquestionable as far as I can tell, a man he was able to manipulate through emotions. It started out with a carton of chocolate milk, which D interpreted as a caring act. Then he proceeded through telling D about his son’s failing grade in math class [what better ways to gain someone’s confidence than to reveal your most embarrassing, humiliating or vulnerable moments? Yet those moments were not his to tell—it was our son’s]. Once he established that rapport, his next move was ensuring D saw how hard he had worked on whatever company project that was assigned to him—how late into the night he stay after his colleagues had gone home, how many Saturdays he “had sacrificed” to voluntarily come into work, and how much work he was producing from home on his “days off.” That was the "trust-building" part. He made D a collaborator in his future promotions and tied their combined prospects into a seminar/workshop proposal for ISACA from an idea that I had thought through and pitched to him to enhance his credibility in fraud auditing.

In return, one of the “benefits” he received from his boss was carte blanche in terms of access to military bases and stays at military dorms or housing via a written directive that he proudly showed me. This document had no restrictions concerning the dates, length of stay, the locations; and there was no stated purpose of business.

Another mean for him to “buy” people and eliminate their reservations is to find their financial vulnerability and offer to assist them. Cherilicia, an administrative personnel with the AAFES Audit Division is an example. He paid for one of her therapy sessions with a Dr. Kellvan Cheng, a podiatry surgeon with an office on Trinity Mills Road in Addison, whom I was seeing at the time for a severe sprain of my right ankle. His reason? At the time of his suggestion, he told me Cherilicia is a single mother of a teenaged son who seems to be in financial strain, that she had had ankle surgery that was not healing well and requires further treatment but that her health insurance at AAFES was not as generous as his, given their position and rank [I should have been suspicious of that], that he identifies with her unsuccessful struggles to move up in the audit division, and that helping her now could pave the way for him in the future when he needs her knowledge, skills, and [administrative] support.

Phandeluys also wrote about other people that psychopath and conman Ya-Chang Robert Lin discussed with her, people like Gilles and Cape Bellamy, Mr. O but I am not reposting those passages here.

Center for Overseas Studies, USA, Inc. | Incorporator?

During the trial and on the stand, Chinese-Taiwanese psychopath, conman, and fraudster Ya-Chang Robert Lin denied having anything to do with Center for Overseas Studies, USA, Inc., much less having been the company's president. So I got curious as to who actually incorporated the company. Below is a copy of the original Certificate of Incorporation that I obtained from the Office of the Secretary of State of Oklahoma. Would you care to guess who the incorporator was?

It mind-boggles me why Ya-Chang Robert Lin would lie about something that can be so easily verified, and if he lied about this under oath, what else has he been lying about?

A night of Bolero

Yesterday, the American Rhythm Bolero descended on us, quite innocently, as a series of questions from a couple who are preparing to enter their first amateur dancesport event. And once Phandeluys and her partner began diagnosing and demonstrating the steps and patterns, something like tunnel vision and deafness enveloped the class, like stepping into a forgotten pleasure that emerges into a recurring dream … only the pain came afterward, of course, for all of us who wanted to dance it correctly.

Like the day before, Phandeluys’ son was already at the studio prepping the equipment for recording. He seems polite and self-assured, yet can be coolly hilarious in debates with his mother, and a very good mimic in fake Russian—the whole class laughed when he did his mini Krushchev skit. I cannot help liking him.

Wanderlust and worldly curiosity are prodding my friend and her partner yet again; they are leaving for another trip to Los Angeles’ Marina del Rey, where he has a two-week teaching contract to fulfill.

Classes were let out early tonight so my friend’s son can take his mother and her partner out for dinner at their favorite Korean restaurant, his treat. She was surprised, in a good way. I thought that gesture was really nice and mature for a 17-year-old.

A particular happiness

My friend’s son came by the studio tonight to help record Phandeluys and her partner’s illustrative diagnoses and corrective steps in response to the students’ questions about a particular pattern or choreographic element, most of which involve the International styles of Foxtrot, Quickstep, Waltz, Viennese Waltz, and Tango. International Latin styles will be covered in tomorrow’s classes, with a forewarning from Phandeluys for us to keep our expectations reasonable, to see their demonstration as an ideal to which to aspire, and not “a fantasy that pushes you to become a stranger to your partner and vice versa.”

I can see how what she hinted at might become reality for some of the couples in the classes but I doubt that would have been possible between her and her partner, or her and the students she had taken under her care. Perhaps she is not aware of it but she has this immediate sensual connection with people and events that allows her to pinpoint and somehow fulfill their needs and desires in a very unconscious manner. This quality shows itself most when she is attentively engaging in troubleshooting a dance step and helping to correct and guide a student towards mastery of her or his objective. Along with the coolly detached reformer in her, there is that caring humanist who refuses to allow another person to fail if she can prevent it. Makes me wonder if that is not the part of her nature that her partner wants to possess and restraint … there is always that look of hunger in him whenever he gazed at her while she converses with a student.

The video clips will be uploaded to their Empower by Dance! blog so that students can review them at their leisure. These clips captured the demonstrative steps, patterns, or choreographic elements from the shoulders down; neither Phandeluys nor her partner wanted their faces shown on the videos. They are vividly protective of his privacy. For their purposes of correcting, teaching, reviewing, and “not wasting time tilling the same soil yet again,” these videos more than serve their objectives. I have selfish reasons for wanting a full profile capture of their demo tape …

The HR data on one of these projects became the basis for an academic paper, speaking proposal for ISACA that this conman was planning to present in collusion with this boss [who probably had no idea he was being taken advantage of and has taken leave of AAFES or The Exchange to take care of his ailing mother], and a consulting business he was "collaborating with " [more like conning other people into developing and fronting for him].

Ya-Chang Robert Lin was able to dupe some of the smart people in federal government [AAFES or The Exchange, USCIS, ICE, and DHS], higher education [Fort Hays State University and Navarro College], and information technology auditing and security [ACFE and ISACA]. Among his legacy: A son who refused any connection with him and wished that he were dead.

Interesting song for a Waltz and Foxtrot combo choreography

Tonight, Phandeluys and her partner demonstrated a choreography combining both the International Foxtrot and the American Waltz to Bat For Lashes' "Daniel."

The closest version that I was able to find on Youtube is this, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q8lncpE51a8. Their version, which I suspect is his remix of the song, is a much more sensuous yet graceful profusion for those Waltz patterns before transitioning into sinuous, giddy, exact and perfectly wonderful rhythm for that old-fashioned Foxtrot. The way they dance together is beyond words, beyond definition. I have his remix of that song and the imprint of their dance interpretation of it running through my head as I blog this; I had been tempted to ask him for his version, but since they have already given so freely of their time, skills, and talents ... probably not the right thing to do.

It is unfortunate for many of the students, myself included, that they both shy away from teaming up with students for amateur competitions and showcasing. Not as if we did not ask; some of us begged and offered to pay double the fees charged by other instructors. But alas, dancesport is only a shared recreation where Phandeluys and her partner channel their tremendous physical energies and emotional passions to unleash their mutual creativity in an unbounded way that leaves their practical daily life intact. Dancesport and writing, so Phandeluys has said … Now, I am curious to sample their collaboration in writing …

Starbucks drive-through

Barely glimpsed my friend as she and her partner passed through Starbucks drive-through in his Jeep for their morning or afternoon coffee. He was caressing her neck with his right hand; she looked contented, like a well-loved woman. I envy what they have, whatever it is—and it went well beyond the fact that he was male to her female. Their eyes are always soft and luminous and trusting when they look at each other. The only other time I see that look from her is when she talks about her son, the love of her life.

Her partner paid for their drinks with his own Gold Membership card, much to my relieve. Regardless of his generosity in hosting and co-teaching with Phandeluys all those competitive ballroom classes without charging the students any fees, I would feel somewhat annoyed if she had paid with her Gold Membership card, which I had reloaded just this morning.

Like mother Chang Hsueh, like son Ya-Chang Robert Lin

Found out this psychopath and habitual liar, law-breaker and credit-stealer Ya-Chang Robert Lin teaches at Navarro College in Waxahachie, a school among many in a project that this Chinese-Taiwanese son of a whore had Phandeluys worked on in his pursuit of landing an academic position.

She not only wrote his cover letter, CV, but also his statements of teaching philosophy and educational technology. These declarations are reflective of Phandeluys’ passions for problem solving and teaching yet this Chinese-Taiwanese shamelessly claimed them as his own. I am reading through a directory of projects she had worked on at his behalf, along with a time-stamped calendaring of each assignments and corresponding tasks.

In both an email and text message, this Chinese-Taiwanese doctor of fraud even promised to compensate my friend for her efforts and time, which he promptly denied her upon landing the position. Sounds familiar? It is: Center for Overseas Studies, USA or COSUSA where Phandeluys worked full-time to develop the business only to find out in late 2012 that the commissions and wages that were promised her and meant to go toward their small family had been wired back to the Chinese-Taiwanese whore that birthed this psychopath, Chang Hsueh.

Then there was Fort Hays State University, where Phandeluys recommended this Chinese-Taiwanese doctor of fraud to teach Introductory, Intermediate, and Advance online courses in Web Development to her department chair. Working under the promise that he will list her name as a teaching assistant on Blackboard along with half the money going into their son’s education fund, she designed and wrote the courses, including the syllabi, the content, the programming code; and managed both the server and the students, only to have this Chinese-Taiwanese fraudster of a "doctor" reneged on his words and refused to pay up.

This Chinese-Taiwanese whore’s son even accused Phandeluys of trying to “blackmail” him and his mother by “tricking” him into teaching at the college level. Do not ask me how that work … degenerative blood and mental sickness are not my specialty. Like mother, like son.

Not bounded by the unspoken code not to air private laundry, which is exactly how psychopath Ya-Chang Robert Lin gets away with lying and other shameful acts

A reader forwarded an article my friend’s son wrote about the 10 reasons why he would never voluntarily want to be in physical proximity to and in communication with The Jerk Ya-Chang Robert Lin. Three reasons are listed below; the remainder must wait until after Phandeluys’ hearing.

When we were still living together in the same house or if there arise an occasion in which I have to mix my clothes with his, I am careful to always launder our clothes separately. On too many occasions, I have seen how his white Hanes briefs were stained with fecal matter that had been wiped only but never rinsed or handwashed with a detergent and bleach solution and dried before being placed into the laundry basket. I understand that we all suffer from diarrhea and stomach upsets at one time or another, but leaving fecal matter to dry and cake on your clothes before throwing them into the washing machine with towels and beddings is shockingly unsanitary. If you can't make an effort to clean the soiled undergarments, throwing them away (not the same as recycling—that is one vector for disease to spread) is an option. I always shudder thinking about the bacteria from soiled undergarments transferring onto our face cloths and body towels that are used on our very absorbent skin. Did you know that fecal matter can carry germs such as hepatitis A, norovirus, rotavirus, Salmonella, and E. coli?

Sick! My mother explained it to me and I looked it up.

Fecal cross-contamination is the reason why my mother insisted that each of us has our own laundry hampers to store our dirty clothes. More importantly, she always uses hot water and chlorine bleach with our whites, or Clorox 2 with intimates and colored clothing. And afterwards, she cleans and taught me to clean the washing machine by running the machine with bleach and water without any clothing in it, and wiping it down with a bleach or vinegar solution. Of course, we always had to do it behind The Jerk's back or in his absence because he would complain about the wasted bleach, hot water and electricity.

Where do most teens get their information about dating and sex? Not from parents, based on my informal survey among my friends. I am not anywhere near that category: my mother and I have discussed when it’s okay for me to have sex; about STDs and how to prevent them; where to get condoms; how to use protection; and how to see a doctor, whether or not I wanted her to know that I am going.

On the other hand, I don’t seek out advices about dating and sex-related issues from The Jerk. And the real reason is, would you be comfortable talking to an adult who proudly tells you that during his time serving the armed forces in his country of Taiwan, he had never once visited the state-provided prostitutes (a group of women who were paid by his government to enter these training camps to provide sexual intercourse for the soldiers in a ratio of one woman to every 10 men) but would seek out a nearby dog or pig for sexual release? His reasoning? Because it was "safer and cleaner" that way. My mother had been present when The Jerk said this. I will always remember the way she looked at him as if he were the most perfect example of the vilest parasite on earth. God would have been merciful if he had cracked the ground underneath The Jerk and swallowed him whole. Of course, The Jerk attempted to turn the situation around by saying that he was joking and trying to shock us. This is a tactic he frequently uses to cover any embarrassment he may have inadvertently caused himself, either by revealing detail that betrayed his claim of who he is or making obvious social faux pas.

Having witnessed The Jerk watching videos of bestiality while pleasuring himself on a few occasions, I don't doubt that what he said is the truth; thinking about and recalling it makes me nauseous.

Credibility is another reason why I don't discuss my personal life with The Jerk. Would you ask this creature of no judgment how to woo and court a girl or a woman? Probably if all you want is a one-night encounter or several one-night stand and are too cheapor think you are all thatto paid for a prostitute. And maybe if you are living a self-deluded life and would like to pull other people into your fantasy land with a rude awakening call at the end, if they are lucky.

You would have to have a few loose screws somewhere in that grey mass of yours if you listen to and take into consideration any adviceexcepting lying, manipulating, cheating, stealing, whoringfrom a creature who lied, manipulated, and cheated his way into a marriage.

Deception and fraud are not how I want my significant relationships to begin. But who knows what the genetic influences arethat psychotic blood and mental condition (what would you call the compulsive and habitual need to lie, manipulate, cheat, and steal that are exhibited from The Jerk himself to his father, mother, and brother) from the Chang-Lin clan in China and Taiwan. Best way to counter whatever genetic predetermination I might have inherited from that family is with physical distance, self-awareness and a strong dose of correct nurturance and right environment.

Behind Ya-Chang Robert Lin's Confucius mask of gentleness, dignity and politeness?

A reader sent in this link to a court case against psychopath Ya-Chang Robert Lin back in 2007 for assaulting Phandeluys in December 2006, https://opencourtrecords.org/case.php?id=3677459 That was just the first of several against my friend and her son. The Jerk just became more cunning about lying and masking these events as something other than. And Phandeluys? She simply wanted to protect her child. That was her vulnerability.

The arrogance of psychopath and habitual liar and law-breaker Ya-Chang Robert Lin

In scanning through and reading the psychopath’s responses to Phandeluys’ discovery requests, did you, readers, notice how he and his parasitic lawyers refused to answer RFA or Request for Admission No. 15 on Page 5 of 19 about Exhibit 27, which is his translated Birth Certificate that had been submitted to the INS/USCIS as part of his application to register permanent residence or adjust status?

He may have gotten away with lying to the District Court in Denton County, but lying to the government of the United States and its various agencies … It is very similar to what my friend penned in her journal regarding how The Jerk thinks he will never be fired from AAFES or The Exchange because its legal department “is staffed by incompetent lawyers who barely graduated and cannot survive in the real corporate world.” These “brain-dead lawyers doing trivial work and biding their time in this company until they can retire. That is why most employees at AAFES will never be fired—as long as they have enough money to hire lawyers and threaten to sue the company.

This psychopath and habitual law breaker must think investigators and lawyers working in all agencies of the federal government are of similar ilk to the ones working at his current employer. Well, let us see how clever he and his lawyers think they are.

Shall we play namecalling?

I just had to post this email from one of the readers of this blog:

Namecalling is a popular American sport, and we play it with gusto. Shall we all try [it] with this Chinese-Taiwanese psychopath? Sure, civility is the adult thing to do but it is so irrelevant when apply to a slimy barbarian, a whore's son, and an arrogant little Chinese-Taiwanese monkey.

This series of posts documents the fraudulent, sometimes criminal, and frequent unethical/immoral activities of Ya-Chang Robert Lin, a Taiwanese native of mainland Chinese parentage, who defrauded a naturalized US citizen, Phandeluys Truong, into a marriage that had been his shield against USCIS for his intentional violations of immigration law:

as a nonimmigrant F-1 student, he had willfully operated an international students recruiting business without prior work authorization from the then United States Immigration and Naturalization Service;

as President of said business, he had knowingly helped both mainland Chinese and Taiwanese students to evade military drafts in their countries by facilitating their applications to study in the US and abroad;

as President of said business, he had knowingly helped both mainland Chinese and Taiwanese students looking to enter the United States with the intention of gaining permanent US resident status under the pretense of studying;

as President of said business, he had purposely evaded paying taxes on the commissions received from it and failed to report the earned income to the IRS by having the payments wired back to Taiwan to his mother Chang Hsueh;

he had applied for reinstatement of his F-1 or student status and a change of status, while knowingly withheld the preceding facts on his own applications for permanent resident and citizenship in the United States.

Ya-Chang Robert Lin was able to dupe some of the smart people in federal government, higher education, and information technology auditing and security. Among his legacy: A son who refused any connection with him and wished that he were dead.
