Introduction and disclaimer

Excepting this introduction, this blog mirrored a now out-of-commission blog, http://ya-chang-lin.blogspot.com, which was taken down on October 21, 2013 by its author Phandeluys Truong.

The author's original contents and supporting documents were captured by multiple means from the above-mentioned blog while it was alive and active. There may have been a glitch here and there that prevented me from downloading the complete blog as it had existed. Thus, readers familiar with the original blog may find a few missing posts and/or comments. Those postings that I was able to grab and preserve in their entirety are reposted here under my name, however, all rights remain that of the original author.
Phandeluys Truong is not a member of my circle nor a participant in the reposting of these documentations. That said, do not email me about the contents of this blog and/or the author. I will not reply to you and will delete your email.

This series of posts document the fraudulent, sometimes criminal, and frequent unethical/immoral activities of Ya-Chang Robert Lin, a Taiwanese native of mainland Chinese parentage, who defrauded a naturalized US citizen, Phandeluys Truong, into a marriage that has been his shield against USCIS for his intentional violations of immigration law: As a nonimmigrant F-1 student, he had willfully operated an international students recruiting business without prior work authorization; he had purposely evaded paying taxes on the commissions received and failed to report the earned income to the IRS by having the  payments wired back to Taiwan to his mother Chang Hsueh; and he had applied for reinstatement of his status and a change of status, while knowingly withheld the preceding facts. Ya-Chang Robert Lin has been employed at AAFES or The Exchange headquarter in Dallas, Texas as an information technology auditor.

If English is not your primary language, you can see and read these reposts in Russian, Vietnamese, French and Spanish. Korean and Simplified Chinese versions are coming soon.

Blog bye-bye [but no big lost]

Dear Devoted Readers,

I am laying this blog to rest at 11:55 PM tonight, Monday, 21st October; it has served its purposes well ... so much more than I had hoped for.

I thank you deeply to all of my 8,000+ readers and followers from the world over for inviting me into your heart and mind; you all have taught me so much about whatever subjects that were touched upon here in my postings. I have thoroughly enjoyed our public and private musings along with your more serious efforts to advance my cause in the public arena.

I know what I must do and will do but more importantly, I am at peace with myself.

For my next adventure and exploration in the world of digital content, impression management, and fraud, follow me at phandeluys.blogspot.com and remember, keep learning and growing and smiling and fighting!

>:D< and :^{= to one and all ... See you all in the other worlds!

p.s.  All those who are current subscribers of this blog are automatically signed up for phandeluys.blogspot.com/  It is a by-invitation-only blog so we will have privacy to discuss and follow through on whatever topics of interest to our heart's content.  If you're a new "friend" with depth and insight and would like to sign up, please be aware that I do go through a pretty stringent screening process for potential subscribers.  You can email me at phandeluys@gmail.com

Posts update

I've updated the English Language Institute post [http://ya-chang-lin.blogspot.com/2013/08/elc.html] with a letter from Mr. James Stewart that claimed my voidable spouse was then in possession of "unauthorized fund" belonging to Twashakarris Incorporated.

Likewise, The real reason behind the death of the international students recruiting business [http://ya-chang-lin.blogspot.com/2013/10/the-real-reason-behind-death-of.html] post was updated with a letter I had written to an agent at another agency called Direct Line Counseling Company, apologizing for the late commission payment, why I cannot answer her questions about the account, and that any and all accounting and financial matters must be directed to my voidable spouse [I was really naive and too trusting].

My voidable spouse's favorite movie

He loved it so much that he'd even made a copy ...

Enjoy this beautiful, sunny day [in Flower Mound and Frisco, at least]

Finished catching up with Shark Tank season five on Huluplus ... I love this series ... there is always something I can learn from each of the sharks about the way they see a business and its valuation.

My temporary orders hearing is tomorrow ... I've prepared what I can so now I'm going to take my fifteen-year-old out for some relaxation under the warm and lovely sun.

Have a renewing and relaxing day, everyone!

More disks to check

Important data?  Probably.  Dare I contaminate my own system and hardware to probe?  We shall see.  It bothers me to leave things unturned and hidden in the shadows.  Especially when they lie in and involve the more sacred domain of marriage and other close intimate relationships.

Paying bills, the lowlife Chinese-Taiwanese Ya-Chang Robert Lin style

These are from the summer of 1997 when I was asked to take care of the bills while my voidable spouse left Norman, Oklahoma to visit his parents back in Taiwan ... I found them among the junks scattered out in the garage in January 2013.

I had prepared them for postal mailing; all my voidable spouse had to do was to write the checks, enclose them in the envelopes, seal the envelopes, and drop the envelopes in the mailbox for pickup by the postal worker.

But that did not happen.  Why?  Because the way my voidable spouse  pays his bills—back then and even now—is by a) making the minimum payments on his charge cards, if he thinks he will need to use them again in the near future; b) ignoring utility and other similar bills until they threaten to cut services off; or c) waiting until the collections agencies offer to settle his debts by halves.

And this is what he would consider financial smarts and planning—none of which I have, so he claimed and told everyone, including my family.  [I think lacking his kind of financial smarts is a good thing, don't you?]

Grounds for annulment in Texas

Texas laws about annulment is available at http://www.statutes.legis.state.tx.us/Docs/FA/htm/FA.6.htm#6.107 . Mine is listed under Family Code, Subchapter B. Grounds for Annulment, Sec. 6.107. Fraud, Duress, or Force.

As I had mentioned on prior occasions, I believe my marriage was nothing more than an act of benefit fraud for my voidable spouse to gain an immigration benefit through his willful misrepresentation of material fact on his application for permanent residency in the United States.

For those interested, you can visit http://www.statutes.legis.state.tx.us/ to search for a specific code, article or chapter, and sections.  Super convenient ...

The real reason behind the death of the international students recruiting business

My voidable spouse almost had me convinced that I was to blamed for the demise of the international students recruiting business he and his then-girlfriend had run.  Deep inside I knew I did not do anything wrong but I lacked documented proofs against his insistent verbal blames.  Until now.

And Ching Shan Counseling Co. was not the only one cheated out of their commissions.

nginx

Just finished installing and configuring nginx, a free open source web server written by Igor Sysoev, a Russian software engineer. Love it yet I am still keeping Apache on my old desktop, along with VirtualBox, the more better to experiment, compare, learn and share with my peers.

I love the flexibility to set up and run anything web-related at all; the freedom to tinker with operating systems and the web server side of the system is a fantastic learning opportunity. Plus, it is a lesson I can share with my fifteen-year-old son ... There is almost no feeling comparable to seeing him learning and growing more confident in himself and his ability, his knowledge and his values.

Got to go and prepare for the day; been awake for the last 42 hours with this latest love ...

Brief upate for October

Sorry folks for the lack of updates during the last few weeks ... have written many posts with supporting evidences for ready publication, which I will do after my court date on 21 October and other hearings that have been lined up.  For now, I will keep them and other plans to myself in preparation for the upcoming battles.

Also, many thanks to those who of you who welcomed me in to your meetup groups and provided the perfect food for my soul ... I know we can achieve something great together, with some planning and not enough time ;)
