You either call whomever to lug these items away or I will call the city and arrange for their dumping at $70-$75 a piece, payable as an addition to the monthly water and sewage bills. They will need to be gone by Wednesday at most. If I hear nothing from you, I'll set up the carting-off of the items courtesy of the city on Monday.

You have been locked out of this house because you threaten me and your child; we simply don't feel safe allowing you back into our presence. And with you as the only "breadwinner" in this household, you'll have to bear the brunt of the lifestyle you've already accustomed us to. Furthermore, as my reps at the agencies advised me on my and D's rights to our current lifestyle, along with the facts that here, in the United States, we don't have to live like rats in the gutter, carrying and spreading diseases everywhere we go simply because you continue to live your Chinese / Taiwanese dirty lifestyle and refused to clean up your living spaces; you don't clean out, and am not obligated to clean up after you—it's within our rights to dump your dirty things that cause health hazards to us and the surrounding environs. Phandeluys A. Truong:Stop making the mortgage {payments} and allow the bank to repo it. That's the quick solution requiring minimum resources. Sorry, but I don't trust you to feel safe around you—and you caused it, so live the consequences of your words and actions. Go and share living spaces with the relatives here in Texas and up in California—the ones D and I never knew about all these 14-16 years.
